Quid Pro Clothes is dedicated to protecting your account. Your password is stored in an encrypted form (a "one-way hash") so that even the site administrators cannot see what your password is. At your request, however, your password can be reset to something new that we can then share with you.

Click here to send the management team a message to get help in resetting your password. If your account does not have an e-mail address on file, you will need to meet with a manager in-game to verify your identity and get an e-mail address added to your file.
Check your junk mail filter! Some e-mail services, notably web-based ones like Hotmail and Gmail, include junk mail filters that have a tendency to filter out Quid Pro Clothes e-mail. To ensure that you receive e-mails such as your new login information, please make sure to set up shop@quidproclothes.com as a trusted source in your e-mail service.
To protect against abuse, password reset requests may be rejected if they are being made too frequently.
